The company provides hosting services for us and offers us its servers for the purpose of storing data which obviously are properly secured.
3. SHOPLO Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Warsaw,

FRESHMAIL Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Krakow, Al. 29 Listopada 155 C, identified by NIP:6751496393, entered in the National Court Register under KRS No.:0000497051. The company is the provider of the application used to distribute our newsletter. Your e-mail address will be disclosed to that company for the sole purpose of sending our newsletter, obviously on condition that you agree to receive such newsletter from us.
We maintain personal data processing agreements with the abovementioned companies, which warrant that your personal data held by them are as safe as when held by us.
As the Data Controller, we are also liable for the entities processing your personal data on our behalf.
