Return / Exchange

Every Customer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receiving the order. If that period is exceeded, we may refuse to accept the return.

In order to make a return / exchange an item, complete the appropriate form:


and then send the whole intact goods to the following address:

You can send a return parcel via Poczta Polska services or any courier company. All parcels sent to a parcel locker, through cash on delivery or brought in person will not be accepted. It is also not possible to make a return or exchange an item in our boutique.

If you are unable to print out the form, you can prepare it by hand. It is important that it contains all the details listed in the form.

The Customer bears the shipping costs.

and then send it back together with the proof of purchase and the defective product to our address:
